Refund policy

All sales are final.

Because many of our products are digital, personalized, or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you receive a physical item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To Request an Exchange

Please email Studio@TheResilientArtsDepartment.com or Improvibesllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If your exchange is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. All exchanges are subject to item availability.

Digital downloads, personalized products, final sale items, and requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
