THE TRUTH ABOUT CHANGE

THE TRUTH ABOUT CHANGE

Change doesn’t wait for permission.

It’s not something you wish for, it's something you become.
In this world, nothing moves unless someone decides to move it.
And the ones holding the levers?
Most of them don’t want to change a thing.
They’re good.
Money’s flowing, systems are working in their favor.
So, to them, the question isn’t “How do we grow?”
It’s “Why mess up a good thing?”

But just because the structure works for some
Doesn’t mean the foundation isn’t cracked.
It’s not on them to fix it, it's on us.
Those who see it.
Those who feel it every day.

Change starts in the mirror before it hits the street.
Young folks stuck at home think change starts when you get paid.
But it starts when you get clear.
Adults searching for meaning think it’s too late, too deep in routine.
But it’s never too late to change direction.

Even the systems we trust with our children.
They’ve been broken in plain sight.
Schools that forget creativity.
Communities filled with noise but no nourishment.
It’s all connected.

But some change starts smaller than that.
Sometimes it’s not the whole life, it's the mood.
The mindset.
Shift the mindset, and the whole path starts bending differently.

That’s why you can’t let these systems keep you sleeping.
Don’t be so caught up in their distractions that you forget your own design.
Learn with purpose.
Move with healing in mind.
Be obsessed with building something better.

We don’t have to be background dancers in someone else’s choreography.
We don’t have to wait for change to come down from the top.
We are at the top.
We’re the heartbeat.
We’re the real signal.

If you’re happy with how things are?
That’s your lane.
But for those who feel the itch, the pull, the nudge
Change is closer than you think.

Some change takes years.
Some take generations.
But if you’re committed,
If your spirit is rooted in vision,
You’ll give it the time.
You’ll give it the action.

For me, change isn’t a phase.
It’s a lifestyle.
I’m always evolving, always checking in with myself,
Always planting new seeds in my mind.
Even a single chapter of a book can change the soil in my thinking.

That’s the kind of change I’m about.
The kind that feeds itself.
The kind that doesn’t ask
It acts.
